As California records its third driest consecutive year in history, conserving water is not an option anymore – it’s time to take action.

At our fourth meeting of the year, we asked club members how they conserve water to build stronger awareness. Here are their responses:

  • “Taking shorter showers” - Shayna

  • “After school/sports, instead of dumping the leftover water in my bottle in the sink, I dump it in my plants.” - Serena

  • “Using the sprinklers to water your lawn to not let the sun evaporate the water during the day” - Mason

  • “I never leave the water running!”

  • “Take shorter showers”

  • Take shorter showers” - Kylie Friedman

  • “Taking shorter showers” - Isabelle P.

  • “Shower every other day” - Madeline

May we implement solutions like these into our everyday lives to do our part in conserving water, especially in California.
